I got tired of every throw blanket I bought being stolen by everyone else in my home. I decided to implement a "theme" for every room. My husband got space and I got dinosaurs.Firstly, this is a super light weight throw. It is great for the southeast summers, but I layer it when it gets frigid. I really like that I can use it year round in this way.Secondly, this is the perfect size. It can cover my legs all the way down (and I am 5'9") or will fully cover my 20lb dog when he wants to snuggle. I don't expect this to be a twin sized comforter (which is good because this isn't).Thirdly, it washes really well. I wash it just like I do with every blanket I own. I slam dunk it in the machine, crank it to my bedding/towel setting, and wish it luck. I've never had problems with fraying or balding. It stands up to me pretty well. I do tumble dry on low as with any plushy blanket. I just assume it will probably melt into a polyester mess if I set it too high.As an added bonus, it glows REALLY strong. I wasn't expecting that. I thought it would be a cheap gimmick, but no. It is CRAZY bright. I have photosensitive migraines and I end up in a dark office quite often. I know I'm a full grown adult, but this brings me a moment of joy every time.All in all I love my cheapo throws. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable cuddle option. I would buy more, but I already have two and I am pretty sure that's enough for my dog and myself. Plus, dinosaurs are super cool.Doesn’t glowLa compré para mi sobrino que tiene 5 años .
